My journey in the recruiting industry started shortly after serving as an officer in the military. It was one of the most rewarding and enjoyable periods in my career. I got to see first hand the impact a key individual could have on an organization. I loved helping candidates find the position that served their career aspirations. Not long after recruiting, I moved into high tech marketing and applied those experiences in Corporate America. Since then I have had startup experience in multiple companies so I understand the importance of getting the right people in the company.. For the past decade, I worked as an educator, helping students achieve their potential. I am passionate about making a difference with our companies and job seekers!

I've found myself time again moving towards work that inspires me and functions as a stepping stone towards my goals. Primarily my extensive service industry experience makes me proper for recruiting. I had engrained in me the importance of empathy, attentiveness, speed, and knowledge. I chose teamwork over self preservation in busy environments and the results were motivated coworkers and happy guests. As such, I understand the importance of Character for company culture and ideal culture for better outcomes. As a co-founder of this company, I am grateful for the opportunity to be of service to our Clients & Candidates. Our focus is twofold: enabling the cultural and financial growth of the companies we work with as well as helping job seekers in achieving their career aspirations.
